Drew Transportation Services Inc. is a transportation services company specializing in providing a quality travel experience in the Triangle area and beyond. The
management team’s vast experience of 25 years involves customer service, financial management along with training and development. Over the past five years our
company has experienced substantial growth and productivity with our travel services. We are partners with Wake County Public School System (WCPSS) transporting over
500 students to school. We are also partnered with a host of other corporate and medical businesses throughout the Triangle area such as Capital Access & Vocational
Rehabilitation.
We are now introducing the Executive Division of Drew Transportation Services, Inc. which is our exclusive fleet of vehicles for corporate clientele in need of a quality,
pleasant & affordable travel experience.

Our procedures:
- Train all drivers on conflict resolution protocols.
- Create a chain of response for parents
- Provide contact info for supervisors
- Establish a 24 hr incident hotline
- Require Daily Incident reports
- Create an escalation protocol
- Within 6 hrs of an incident, parents/guardians will be contacted by management.
- WCPSS will be copied on all incident reports.
- Create a form of mediation
- Create an open door policy with employees and clients to assure a channel of communication.
